Hi Cobi,
That's a really nice indian artifact. Indian artifacts, if authentic, can fetch some big dollars. I would value your urn at $500-800 dollars if it's authentic. I'm sorry but I'm not an expert on american indian styles and techniques, so I have no information about the paint or dye used or the pottery material (I would guess clay).
