PLEASE HELPI fairly certain this was from the Camel Cash promotion in the early 90s. I haven't filled it to test but it does spark. My grandfather gave it to my father who was not a smoker so it has seen limited use. There is some wear from shifting around and rubbing against other objects in a box.
