PLEASE HELPI found several pieces of blue glass while cleaning out my parents attic. I remember seeing some of them in my grandmother's house. I have no idea as to how much to sell them for. They all are in excellent condition, no chips or cracks. Submit your estimate of worth |

Hi, I believe what you have are pieces of depression glass. It doesn't appear you have a complete set. To get a complete set you would have to be a collector of depression glass. During the Great Depression food manufacturers and distributors would put a piece of glassware in boxes of food, as an incentive to purchase their product. Businesses would hand out a piece just for coming in the door. With that being said the leaf plates are worth $5 to $7 each, the dessert-sherbet cups would be $4 to $6 each, the trinket-powder box is worth between $10 to $20. Depression glass is widely reproduced before selling the pieces as original do some research on depression glass vs reproductions. Thanks, |
