PLEASE HELPThis is so pretty!!It's 10in.diameter ruffled edge,edge is trimmed in gold. It has such an unusual design,I don't know what to call it.It looks like there's inlaid dark mother of pearl, but honestly,I'm just guessing.Then it has stippling all over it. I have researched like crazy & can't find out anything.There are markings on the back,but no manufacturer. Could someone PLEASE help me w/an appraisal & who it is by? Thank you for any help.
